No Friday evening events still for 2023, and it’s still on Main Street. Normally: Annual event in Winchester-Clark County since 1981. Starts with a Friday evening street dance. Plenty of food, fun and arts and crafts follow. Concludes with a Sunday country music concert. Attendance is approximately 35,000. Free admission.
