Providence RI Haunted Houses for Halloween 2024

Providence haunted houses are some of the best in the northeast. Expect a great scary night out with your spouse, date, or friends.  Enjoy being terrified at these haunted attractions. For the price of movie ticket, you can be part of the action as you come face to face with terror. Most haunts use animatronics, great sounds effects, Hollywood sets, and actors with makeup beyond belief. You will be frightened. Find all the haunted houses, haunted trails, haunted corn mazes, haunted hayrides, haunted house near me, and other Halloween fun attractions in the Providence area, including the cities of Newport, Cranston, Hope and West Greenwich.

13th World Haunted Hill - Cumberland, RI
Haunt attraction opens in early October as a bigger and better 13th World.  Haunted Hill has been re-themed with all new attractions.  Same location as before.  The owners have been terrifying people in southern New England for over a decade. Tickets are $20. Attraction runs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights in October. Doors are open from 7 pm to 10 pm most nights.

Dark Manor - Versailles, CT
Dark Manor opens for its 18th season in early October. Tickets online are at one low price. Featured are the fully outdoor haunted trail that is open rain or shine. Doors open at 6:30 pm.  Dark Manor opens in October and runs every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights plus some added dates near Halloween.

Factory of Terror West Warwick - West Warwick, RI
This terror attraction opens every Friday and Saturday nights in October. Also open every Sunday night plus additional dates in October and November.   Featured 5 attractions include Psycho Alley, Asylum, Dracula’s Hideway, 4D Blackout, and Ghost Cemetery. Basic tickets are $17.99-20.00 but there are some other options and discounts available. See their web page for full pricing and schedule details.

FearTown - Seekonk, MA
FearTown opens in late September.  Runs weekends on Friday, Saturday, and most Sunday nights in October plus Halloween.  Fear Town Haunted House is a massive outdoor haunted attraction that is unlike anything you have ever experienced. Located deep in the woods at Seekonk Speedway, Fear Town will take you on a terrifying journey in and out of the run-down buildings that have been hidden for decades. As you progress through the trail, monsters will come at you from all angles to try and make you a permanent resident of the woods. Fear Town Haunted house is completely redesigned with all new sets and themes.

Field of Screams - West Greenwich, RI
Don’t miss their opening night in early October.  Spend sixty minutes at Field of Screams with the ghouls, zombies, and disembodied spirits. Now back for over 20 seasons. Doors open at 6:30 pm and close at 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday nights and at 9:00 pm on Thursday and Sunday nights. Field of Screams gives you the only 4D haunted maze in Rhode Island called Cirque Du Souls. Also visit Haunted Insane Asylum and Dead River Haunted Hayride. They have for a Zombie Paintball attraction.  They are open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights in October plus added dates.  Check their web page for details.

Fortress of Nightmares - Fort Adams, RI
Fortress of Nightmares returns to Fort Adams in the middle of October.  It is open from 6 pm until 10 pm. They are open Friday and Saturday nights in October.  Note this is a real haunted house and during October they also conduct paranormal investigations. Ask about being part of their 10:30 pm ghost hunting investigations.  This is an annual event at Fort Adams.

Haunted Labyrinth - Cranston, RI
Back again with opening nights in late September.  Haunting Cranston for 30 years Haunted Labyrinth advertises itself at the “Scariest Haunted House in New England. It features themed room and scary mazes. Tickets are $12-13. It is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 7 pm to 10 pm in October. It is located at the Hope Youth Center.

Haunted Trail at Hay Burr Inn - Plainfield, CT
Haunted Trail at Hay Burr Inn Equine Rescue Camp; Sanctuary Dates: October 16, October 22,; October 28.  Location: Hay Burr Inn, 169 Black Hill Road, Plainfield, CT 06374. If you enjoyed or missed the Christmas In July or the Winter Walk then you won’t want to miss the Haunted Trail. Come Walk the Trail and get a little spooked. Part of the trail will be more kid friendly while the other part will be a bit more scary. Feel Free to wear you costumes, Come meet the horses. Hay Burr Inn Equine Rescue & Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This is a donation based fundraiser to help with the care and upkeep of the horses and donkey. Your DONATIONS are greatly appreciated. **Please wear shoes or boots. NO sandles, flip flops or heels. That includes children. NO Animals Allowed. NO Smoking.

Scary Acres - Hope, RI
Scary Acres is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights beginning in late September.  You will find “terror at every turn” at Scary Acres owned by Confreda Greenhouses and Farms. Allow about one hour to go through this haunted attraction.  It runs from 6:30 pm to 10 pm nightly. Ticket price is $20 and includes both the Haunted Hay Ride and Haunted Corn Maze.
