Easy Service Pledge On Size Exchanges and Returns

You have 120 days to return or exchange a costume purchased from Funtober. I pledge a low-hassle return or size exchange policy. (Read Below)
If it doesn’t fit I will send you the right size. Send me an email to [email protected] with your original order number, product code, and size of the costume you need. I will get your new costume on the way to you. I will then email you the item return address and return instructions. Your original basic shipping cost up to $6.00 will be refunded. You will not be charged basic shipping for your new costume on exchanges. It is important that you follow the return instructions and only return it to the address I provide you. (Do not return it to our Wilmington office address.)
If you want to return an item I will be very sad. However my job is to make you happy. So send me an email to [email protected] with your order number. Here’s what you can’t return or exchange:
– Worn, used or altered merchandise.
– If you wore it for Halloween or your party, please do not try to return it.
– Anything that the product description says is not returnable.
Certain items must be in their original, unopened (still sealed) packaging. These include

– Any item on our Stockings page.
– Accessories with Hair (wigs, beards, hats with hair, etc).
Cost of return shipping:
You pay for it on returns. On exchanges we will credit you the $6.oo basic postal shipping charge you originally paid.
