Free admission. It’s a regular WO Farmer’s Market plus some Halloween fun with your pooch! They will have plenty of festive activities, organizations, vendors, and of course… CANDY! Halloween costumes for all ages (and dogs) are encouraged. In fact, they recommend joining in for the Barktober Dog Parade contest, too!
