Please include the older Oktoberfest in Louisville. The Original Butchertown Oktoberfest 2012 on October 6, 2012. It is celebrated on the 1400 block of E. Washington St. in Butchertown since 1974.

I have attended the St. Timothy Oktoberfest the last several years. It gets better every year and the Goetta sandwiches, cream puffs and fried potatoes are amazing!

I strongly suggest including the Louisville German-American Club Oktoberfest Sep 11th-12th. Having been to many authentic Germanic festivals in surrounding states and this is definitely the best we have attended.
