Mitchell Farms - Collins, MS

Pumpkin patch is open weekends from late September through early November. It features wagon rides, animal barn, corn bin, jumping pillow, slides and play area. It has a six acre cornfield maze with three night only night maze. Farm Admission is $10 per person for guests 2 and over. Dry peanuts and green peanuts are also available for purchase. Special events: Mississippi Peanut Festival. Owned by Dennis and Nelda Spell Mitchell, who started the 1500 acre Southeast Mississippi farm in 1960. They started inviting visitors to their farm for agritourism in 2006. Their address is 650 Leaf River Church Road, Collins, MS 39428. It is about 36 miles north of Hattiesburg.
