Purchase a 1/2 bushel bag and browse the orchard to pick your own apples, with a tractor ride out to the orchard included. They grow 65 varieties of apples, which also go into their hard ciders. They use pears, apples, and other fruits in brandies and liqueurs at the distillery, the first licensed distillery in the Hudson Valley since the prohibition. They also produce 10 wines and a gin.
