Jubilee: Festival of Heritage -

This outdoor festival started in 1978, and continues to bring together artisans, dancers, musicians, and storytellers to celebrate South Carolina’s black history and culture on the grounds of the Mann-Simons Site. This family friendly event includes kids activities and games, house tours of the Mann-Simons Site and the Modjeska Monteith Simkins House, bus tours of significant sites in downtown Columbia, and more!
