FREE family and pet friendly event with live music, food truck, costume contests, open dog play, and kids area featuring pumpkin decorating and face painting. There will be a craft fair and local rescues will be on site with adoptable pets! Park at Westfield HS or Cub Run Rec Center. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome!
