This even started in 2001 to promote the Southern Illinois Prawn Growers, who serve them up in a variety of ways or you can purchase them by the pound to enjoy later! Other past fun includes buggy and helicopter rides, live entertainment, farmer’s market, corn hole oturnament, and more!
