The Anchorage Market is located in the heart of downtown and is Alaska’s leading outdoor market. It consists of over 300 vendors on 2 acres of downtown Anchorage. Alaska State Fair - Palmer, AK - Aug 20 to Sep 6, 2021
An annual state fair held in Palmer, Alaska. The fairgrounds are located approximately one hour north of Anchorage. The fair is famous for its record setting giant vegetables and picturesque location at the foot of the Chugach Mountains. The event features amusement rides, food concessions, competitive exhibits, carnival games, live performances and more.

Cordova Fungus Festival - Cordova, AK - Sep 10 to Sep 12, 2021
A three day event with opportunities to learn more about local mushrooms, participate in art & handcraft workshops, and celebrate mushrooms, salmon and other wild harvested foods in a Wild Harvest Feast.
