This costume was manufactured by Rubie’s.  They are a popular costume manufacturer headquartered in Richmond Hill, NY. It began in the 1950s as a candy shop in Queens but quickly diversified into other fun products. In 1972, they changed their name to Rubie’s Costume Company. They now have offices in more than ten countries and produce many popular Halloween costumes.
