Come celebrate the Latin music, food, culture and art that make up New Orleans at the Carnaval Latino! There will be live music from some of the area’s top Latin artists, a 20 float parade representing different countries of the Americas, a variety of Latin food vendors and unique arts and crafts! It will be held at the Generations Hall on Higgins Blvd
