Starting from humble beginnings 10+ years ago, when a group of joggers met at the Downtown YMCA to run before starting their Thanksgiving Day festivities, this once small gathering has turned into a cherished Tampa tradition. Now, the Tampa Turkey Gobble (Formerly known as the Goody Goody Turkey Gobble) transcends generations of participants as they gather to celebrate the holiday with families, friends and co-workers while furthering the cause of the Tampa YMCA to strengthen the foundations of community through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
