Chromebooks: A Chromebook is a laptop running the Linux-based Chrome operating system. It is designed to be used with Most applications and data reside on the cloud, with internet browsing happening through the Google Chrome web browser. The device also has support for USB devices including external keyboards, flash drives, cameras and a mouse. Students are one of the largest users of Chromebooks, with first-time computer users and households needing an additional computer also on the list of prime users. Why buy a Chromebook? They usually offer a lighter laptop at a lower price then traditional laptop computers in exchange for an internet-based experience through the Chrome browser and operating system.

Apple MacBooks: MacBook Pro – The thin, light and fast premium Mac laptop computer. This line of computers was first sold in 2006 and replaced the PowerBook G4. MacBook Air – This is a portable, subnotebook computer with a 13.3 inch screen, full keyboard and thin light structure. It is the entry-level laptop in the Macintosh computers.

Huawei Matebook X Pro: The Huawei MateBook X Pro is the second generation laptop from the popular line by Huawei that The Verge called the “best laptop available right now” and has been compared to the Apple macbook. Inspiron 5000 Series: Upgrade your Inspiron with the 5000 series, which offers a 13″ and 15″ 2-in-1 tablet/laptop as well as a 15″ and 17″ laptop computer. Inspiron 3000 Series: A laptop with the essentials for everyday computing and one of the latest processors.

Razer Blade: Razer Blade 15: the world’s smallest 15.6″ gaming laptop. Razer Blade Stealth: A 13.3″ touch screen laptop with a quad-core CPU in the ultraportables category. Razer Blade Pro: A 17.3″ laptop with full HD or 4K resolution screen that Laptop Mag called “The most powerful GPU you can get in a laptop” in 2017.

Microsoft Surface: The new Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is an ultralight and versatile detachable PC with the latest 8th Generation Intel Core processor. Starting weight at just 1.7 lbs. Run it in laptop mode, studio mode or tablet mode thanks to the built-in kickstand and type cover. Write and draw with the Surface Pen and touch. Syncs with your iPhone or Android device. All day battery life offers up to 13.5 hours of video playback. Regular price starts at $899. The new Microsoft Surface Go brings most of the premium features of the Microsoft Surface Pro to a more affordable and ultra portable electronics device. It has a 10 inch diagonal display and weighs just 1.15 pounds.

Lenovo Yoga: Two in one convertible tablet computers such as the Yoga Book, Yoga 920 and Yoga 730.

HP Spectre: HP Spectre X360 is extraordinarily thin with revolutionary power, according to HP. The x360 convertible laptop starts regularly priced at $1149 for the 13t Touch with an 8th Generation Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB memory and 256GB SSD storage. The display is a 4K IPS WLED touchscreen complete with Gorilla Glass. Total weight of this 2-in-1 laptop is around 4.71 pounds. Other options include the Spectre Folio and Spectre x2.

Thinkpad X1: Carbon is the 6th generation of the ultralight Thinkpad computer weighs less than 2.5 pounds and is built for mobile productivity. Yoga is the third generation of this device which combines the flexibility of Yoga with the business acumen of X1.

Dell XPS 13 and 15: The Dell XPS 13 laptop is the smallest 13.3 inch laptop on the planet according to Dell. It comes with 7th or 8th Generation Intel Core Processor, 4-8 GB of RAM and 128GB-256GB solid state hard drive. More screen thanks to the virtually borderless InfinityEdge display. Thin and light with a startign weight of only 2.7 pounds.

Acer Predator: Acer has become a popular laptop manufacturer over the past few years, making everything from ultralight chromebooks to high end gaming laptops. Acer is a multinational hardward and electronics corporation headquartered in Taiwan. Their gaming laptops include the Acer Predator Helios 300, Helios 500, Predator 17 and 21X, and Triton 900.

Alienware: We will be closely following the sales on the newest Alienware computer, the M15. This computer has slimmer bezels and a reduced footprint from older models. It measures .83 inches thick and weighs 4.76 pounds (just bigger than the 2018 Razer Blade and thinner/lighter than the old 13 inch model from Alienware). It comes with 8th Gen Intel processors, Nvidia Max-Q design, up to 32 GB RAM and options for a display including a 60Hz Full HD display, 144Hz FHD and 60 Hz UHD for better resolution. The Verge called it “the first from Alienware that feels like it might not only be useful as a gaming laptop” but “could makee it a viable option as a day-to-day computer, too”. It will be available starting at the end of October and will be regularly priced at $1299.

Cyber Monday became the moniker for this huge shopping day in 2005 when it appeared in a Shop.org press release. In 2017, shoppers spent more than $6.5 billion dollars in purchases in the largest shopping day in US eCommerce history.
