Cell Phone Cyber Monday Deals:

We will post them here when they are available.

Here are a few of the cell phones that we will be tracking prices on:

iPhone: All three new models share the same A1 Bionic processor, so they share the same computer brain. All of the new iPhones feature class leading speed. The primary differences are in the screen size. The largest is the 6.5 OLED XS Max followed by the most affordably priced 6.1 LED XR and the smallest screen is a 5.8 OLED XS. The XS Max has the largest iPhone screen offered to date, but is actually the same size as the iPhone 8, they just removed the bezel to increase the screen size. All three models have a 7MP front facing camera. Both XS models have dual 12MP rear facing telephoto cameras. The XR has a single 12MP camera, and is not telephoto. The XS and XS Max has a stainless steel cases and the XR has an aluminum body. The XR is the lowest priced of the bunch, so it doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles of the XS models. The XS and XS Max are available in space grey, gold and silver. The XR is available in coral, white, yellow, black and blue.

Pixel 3: Specific to the Pixel 3 and 3 XL it will features an Octacore Qualcomm CPU or the Snapdragon 845. It will feature the recently launched Android Pie system straight out of the box. The battery specs are at 2,915 mAh, which is lower than most of the competition. So expect the upgrade model to have a bigger battery. They will be available in black and white. The 3 XL will have the hotly debate notch to make space for dual rear facing cameras, while its small sibling allegedly will not have either.

Galaxy Note 9: The Galaxy Note 9 features some bigger and better everything. Some of the most hyped features are the 4,000-mAh battery, a 6.4 inch screen and tons of storage. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, so it’s fast. The battery is the largest available in almost any flagship models and is designed to last all day under heavy usage Even with all that extra battery life it charges in about the same time as the S9 plus model. The internal storage starts, yes I wrote starts at 128GB and 512 GB. There is also a micro sd slot for even more storage.

Galaxy S9: The big upsell and most of the launch hype with the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus squarely rests on the camera. It has a slow motion video capture feature to catch all the fast paced action. The slow motion feature allows you to add sound and makes GIFS very easily. The Galaxy S9/S9(+ has a dual aperture camera that makes taking low light photos a snap. The aperture feature adds about 30% more light to dark photos, so no more dark night out on the town shots. The camera does just as well adjusting to bright conditions. The camera has a dual lens system. It sports a telephoto lens with Live Focus which provides 2x Optical zoom for additional clarity at a distance. The main lens is a 12 mega pixel wide angle lens.

Xperia XZ3: The XZ3 features a lot of eh same internals as the XZ2, but 4 GB of Ram instead of 6GB. Its primary enhances features are more storage than the XZ2, 400GB to the XZ3’s 512 GB. The rear facing camera is up a few MP to 13 on the XZ3. The battery is also slightly bigger than the XZ3. The display on the ZX3 is the primary differentiating factor, the screen size is up to 6” and the resolution is higher.

Razor 2: The Razor phone arguably created a device for a small niche of phone serious gamers. The Phone was successful enough to spark a the development of a competitor in the Nubia Red Magic, Asus ROG and a follow up model from Razor. Whether you are a half serious mobile gamer or mobile gaming champion straight down from Olympus we are will make sure you get the best price on a Razor mobile gaming phone.

Moto Z3: The Moto Z3 and the Z3 Play are not exactly twins, but certainly stunt doubles. The exteriors are nearly identical, but the internals vary a little bit. The 6.1” gorilla glass screen and aluminum frame are the same. Both share the AMOL HD+ screens. Both have 12 MP dual rear cameras and a single 8 MP front facing camera. The Z3 and Z3 play share a lot of other features too, such GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, a side mounted finger print scanner, usb-c charging, same 3000mAh batter and Deep Indigo exterior coloring. The Moto Z3 and Z3 Play separate under the hood. First and probably most important is they have different processors. The Z3 has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, which is a bit faster than the Z3 Play’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 636. The Snapdragon 636 was the heart of the Z2 which was price about $100 than both of these models. The next big difference is the Z3 starts out with as has a lot more additional storage. The Z3 starts with 64GB and the micro SD is expandable to 2TB, that’s a warehouse full of storage. The Z3 Play comes with 32 or 64 GB of internal and is expandable to only 512 GB. Both phones have 6GB of RAM.

LG V40 ThinQ: The five camera LG V40 provides a tremendous amount of choice while taking photos. The three rear camera and two front facing make sure you always get the best shots. The three rear cameras are regular, telephoto and wide angle to maximize its capabilities. There is a normal and wide angle front facing cameras to make sure you get everyone in that group shot or the perfect selfie. The V40 has a triple shot mode which takes a simultaneous picture from all three rear cameras, so you don’t have to pick. It can also create 6 second animated shots using the Cine Shot feature. The V40 does a better job than its competitors as picking out faces, but seems to struggle with backgrounds, particularly while suing the HD mode. The 6.4” inch OLED screen is incredibly clear. Its fully HDR 10 capable. The LG V40s guts are strong too. It has the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 as the rest of the flagship models and 6GB of RAM. Unlike some of its competitors LG did retain a headphone jack and has a micro SD port to further expand the memory. The V40 uses the same boom box speaker technology as the G7 and its performs well.

LG G7 ThinQ: A 6.1” super bright display with enough juice to be visible in bright sunlight. LG has an integrated Google Assistant button on the top left side of the phone with voice recognition, so they aren’t jamming their assistant down your throat like most of the competitors. The dual rear camera features machine learning integrated AI that can sort objects and recognize low light situations and adjust into Bright Mode as necessary. The 8MP front facing camera is a hug upgrade from previous models. The LG 7 has the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 as all the other big dogs do. The G7 is available with 4GB of RAM and 64G of storage or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The G7 does have a headphone jack and boom box speakers for a great listening experience.
