You will be able to find over two dozen televisions on sale from Amazon during the biggest summer sale of the year. We don’t have the lightning deal announcements yet but we anticipate that July 2018 will bring discounts on popular brands like Sony, LG and Samsung along with options from Roku, TCL and Element. Models will range from small screens around 32 inches to 55 and 65 inch or so options. There have historically been 720p LED TVs, 1080p full HD screens and 4K Ultra HD Smart TV options.

Every year, retailers have tried to top each other with advertisements for cheap tvs as doorbusters. But Amazon has used its lightning deals to elevate those specials to the next level every July.

If you decide that you don’t want to pay for the subscription, there is typically a 30 day period to unsubscribe before you are charged.

If you are looking for a big screen tv this summer, then pick up a 65 inch or bigger 4K Ultra HD television during one of the Prime Day lightning deals. You will find that you love the life-like images that provide better clarity and definition from the extra resolution than the normal 1080p viewing experience.
