Guppyween at the Aquarium - Tampa, FL - Oct 30 to Oct 31, 2021
You can trick-or-treat among 8,000+ animals and plants, perfect for the whole family, plus enjoy other themed activities and access to the aquarium. Children with sensory issues can come to a special Sensory Guppyween from 8-9:30am, where children can trick-or-treat in a low stress environment and includes a meet-and-greet opportunity with Tang0, the Aquarium’s sea turtle mascot. The lights and sounds will be adapted, and the outdoor play area will be open. At 9:30am, the Aquarium opens for normal busuiness hours (headphones are available at Guest Services if you’d like to continue exploring more comfortably!). The two day, full-day Guppyween is $10 for children in costume (adults pay regular admission) and the morning Sensory one (ONLY for children with sensory issues and disabilities and their families) is $5 per person (in advance) and is free for members. Member Guppyween is after-hours on Friday. Parking is $6 per car.

Halloween Spree (Sensory-Friendly) at Glazer Children’s Museum - Tampa, FL - Oct 31, 2021
Show off your most creative costume at our Sensory-Friendly Halloween Spree! Bring your little ghouls and goblins to GCM to enjoy safe, indoor trick-or-treating, and more Halloween-themed activities! Come explore the Museum with lights and sounds turned down and sensory adapted tools, special programs, and community resources at your fingertips. It’s during this time that children and their families can experience the Museum and unite with others on a similar journey. Reservations are encouraged but not required. Glazer Children’s Museum have reimagined the non-adaptive Halloween Spree to be a month-long celebration with a focus on spooky science and creepy creatures! Learn about bats and make your own citizen science journal to log your bat observations, meet live bats with Tampa Bay Bats every Saturday, and enjoy spooky decorations all month long. Costumes are encouraged.

    Idlewild Baptist Church… Trunk or Treat is ramping back up for October 31 with inflatables, trunks & games, CANDY, and FUN!

    Inflatables open from 4:30 – 8:00pm
    Trunks open from 5:30 – 7:30pm
    Cost: $3 per person with a $15 maximum per family. No cost for volunteers.
