Every fall, thousands of Americans drive the countryside around the mountains to enjoy the scenery created by the changing leaves. While many abhor the congestion created on the roads as passengers “ooh” and “ahhh” along the mountains, there are others that celebrate the fall foliage by attending a festival in the middle of the madness.
