Are you ready to track down some fun events for Halloween 2019? We have put together one of the largest calendars of Halloween events in the United States for you.It locates holiday activities for all ages – from kid-friendly children’s activities to adult Halloween parties. We don’t have every event yet, but there are plenty of ideas to get you and your family in the mood for Halloween in New Hampshire.

Goffstown Giant Pumpkin Weigh Off & Regatta - Goffstown, NH - Oct 19, 2019
Race, giant pumpkin contest, giant pumpkin drop, lots of kids activities.

Halloween Town - East Madison, NH - Oct 19, 2019
Bouncy house, face painting, carnival games, story telling, fried onions, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, baked goods & more. A variety of finger foods will be for sale. All proceeds will go to The Laura Foundation. Over ½ mile of lighted pathways winding throughout camp! Trail features a series of spooky Halloween-themed cabins for trick-or-treaters to explore.

Wasserman Park Halloween Party - Merrimack, NH - Oct 25, 2019
Bring the whole family out to Wasserman Park for this year’s Spooktacular event featuring a night of food, carnival games, face painting, pumpkin painting, crafts, not so scary stories, music, a pumpkin carving demonstration, and the highlight of the evening, the Costume Contest!

Ghosts on the Banke - Portsmouth, NH - Oct 25 to Oct 26, 2019
A family-friendly Halloween event. Come and meet the Ghosts on the Banke at Strawbery Banke’s famous Halloween celebration. Long-dead sea captains, 17th century shopkeepers and wayward pirates haunt the streets of Portsmouth’s oldest neighborhood as you trick or treat safely from house to historic house. Tickets available at the door.

Halloween Masquerade Ball – Cruise NH - Laconia, NH - Oct 26, 2019

Not-so-Spooky Spectacular - Dover, NH - Oct 26, 2019
A Halloween event that focuses on fun – not fright! They’ll be celebrating throughout the day with all kinds of special activities, all free with regular museum admission. Kids and adults are encouraged to come in costume to explore the exhibits like the Cave Explorers Bat Cave, Dino Detective and Green Screen Adventures in Travel. Meet the museum’s very own Wacky Scientist and check out his fantastical experiments, visit the “Bat Cave” to create take-home crafts and pose for pictures with fun props in front of the spooky backdrop, get your face painted in the Muse Studio, and more! Participate in the costume parades, and try out our pumpkin scavenger hunt to receive an extra special prize at the end of your visit! Please note that they do not hand out any candy or food during this event, but we are participating in the downtown Dover trick-or-treating, with non-candy toys available out front of the museum.

Portsmouth Halloween Parade - Portsmouth, NH - Oct 31, 2019
The Portsmouth Halloween Parade is a grassroots, all-inclusive celebration of community, creativity and free expression that walks, stalks, dances, trumpets and drums its way through downtown Portsmouth each year on OCTOBER 31st AT 7 P.M. Everyone is invited to dress up, gather at Peirce Island by Prescott Park, and march.
