About the Canon 1D Mark II Camera

The 61 point AF system with 41 cross type points helps produce clean, sharp images even in dim light. It has dual Digic 6+ image processors.
It offers continuous shooting at up to 14 frames per second or 16 fps in Live View mode. It can also shoot 4K video at up to 60 fps. The maximum burst rate for continuous shooting is up to 170 RAW images.
Among the other features are dual card slots, built-in gps location tagging, dual-axis electric level, mirror vibration control system, in-camera RAW processing and uses EF mount lenses.
The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the 1D X Mark II is $5999. However, Black Friday 2019 could be a great time to pick up a Mark II as there are rumors the Mark III is being field tested for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. The rumor at the end of 2018 was that the new flagship camera to replace the three year old flagship DSLR could be out as early as 2019. There have already been a few teasers on the social media of professional photographers and it is assumed that this development camera is what they are alluding to have used.
The Mark 2 replaced the 1D X which was announced in October 2011 and released in July 2012. The 1D X had a 18.1 megapixel sensor.
