The Pritchett family started selling apples in 1971 when they built their 20×20 apple barn. They started allowing you pick apples from the orchard in 2010. Their apples begin ripening in early August and are harvested by late October. Other activities include the pumpkin patch, cornhole and horse shoes. They also have apple pies, apple fritters, apple donuts, caramel apples and other treats. Ellijay is located about 90 minutes north of Atlanta.
Southern Belle Farm - McDonough, GA

A 200 acre dairy farm that has been converted to a beef cattle and educational farm with pumpkin patch, hayrides, pig races, seven acre cornfield maze, corn cannon, cow train, pedal carts, pig and duck races, and more.
