Parade, Gin Run (5K), hayrides, arts & crafts, and food. Proceeds go toward restoration of the Susie Agnes Hotel, which is now serving as the city hall and a community center, with rooms upstairs for office rental. Parking is $5.

Good Hope Poppy Festival - Good Hope, GA - Oct 25 to Oct 26, 2019
Canceled for 2021, look for their return in 2022. Normally: The festival honors Moina Belle Michael, known as the Poppy Lady. She was born in Good Hope and used the red corn poppy as a symbol to honor fallen troops in World War I – it is now a tradition used to honor servicemen worldwide. Festival runs from 9 AM – 5 PM. Includes bike ride, more than 50 vendors, food from local cooks, old-fashioned hayride and more.
