New York Comic Con - New York, NY - Oct 3 to Oct 6, 2019
Over 150,000 attendees make this the largest comic event in the country. Always lots of characters and celebrities signing autographs. Hundreds of vendors plus a memorabilia auction. Great fun for adults and kids. Held at the Javitz Center.

Held at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in charming Rhinebeck, NY, Oktoberfest Handcrafted at Rhinebeck puts a creative spin on the traditional celebration, highlighting all things handcrafted — from beer and wine to homewares and seasonal grub. Warwick Applefest - Warwick, NY - Oct 6 to Oct 6, 2019
Applefest began in 1989 as a simple harvest celebration. Over 30,000 visitors now attend the one-day event, traveling from neighboring states to experience the extraordinary variety of Warwick’s apples, culture, and entertainment. The festival is produced by the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce. Festival proceeds benefit the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, and some 50 local non-profit organizations, for whom the event is their biggest annual fundraiser.
