Turkey Day Run and Gobble Wobble Charleston - Charleston, SC - Nov 23 to Nov 23, 2023
The Turkey Day Run was established in 1914 and is the longest running 5K in Charleston as well as the 9th largest 5K in the nation. The original race started downtown and finshed in Summerville. The post run party at Marion Square features free beer and food, plus vendors.

Summerville Rotary Oktoberfest - Charleston, SC - Oct 14 to Oct 14, 2023
A family friendly Oktoberfest with games, food, beer and music hosted by the Summerville Oakbrook Rotary Club and the Summerville Evening Rotary Club. Contests include the chicken dance, stein hoisting, brat eating, best beer belly and best German costume. Proceeds benefit various organizations and scholarship funds.
