Tempe Sister City holds the 43rd annual Tempe Oktoberfest as a fundraiser for its student and teacher exchange program. At the three day Oktoberfest, you will find a carnival, dachshund runs (Sunday) and a 5 Mile / 5K / 1 mile race (Saturday) in addition to German food, beer & wine gardens and live music. 15 german beers and three stages of live music! Kinderfest with craft zone and carnival amusements for kids. Six hours of polka music on Sunday. Eight 4 oz. smaples of German beer will also be served from noon – 6 for just $20. Admission is free. All day pass for kids amusements is $30. Tempe Beach Splash Park will also reopen for the weekend. Cash is needed to purchase tickets for food and beverages. Family pricing during the day on Saturday and Sunday is 25 food/activity tickets for $20.

SanTan Oktoberfest - Chandler, AZ - Oct 1 to Oct 1, 2016
2016 will be the ninth annual Oktoberfest for San Tan Brewing and Downtown Chandler. 3 PM to 11 PM. The event typically includes stein races, keg rolling, tricycle races, keg contest, bratwurst eating contests and a beer pong tournament. $12 admission (kids 12 and under are free). Presale tickets go on sale for $10 on September 1. Attendance is approximately 10,000 according to their sponsorship packet.
