October 5 in historic downtown New Madrid, Missouri. The 3rd Annual New Madrid Fall Festival will be held in conjunction with the Bass Pro Shop’s Big Cat Quest Tournament as well as the Rendezvous On The River (a pre-1840 mountain man event). There will be a youth fishing rodeo, beauty pageant, car truck & bike show, washers tournament, petting zoo, bouncy house, vendors, food, and of course the big catfish weigh-in. New vendors and events added weekly, huge event. For more information call 877-748-5300. Craft vendors still accepted $15 for 10×10 outdoor space.
