Hatch Valley Chile Festival - Hatch, NM - Aug 31 to Sep 1, 2019
More than 30,000 attend this Labor Day weekend festival to sample chile recipes, shop from artisan and food booths, watch crowning of the chile festival queen or participate in the chile ristra contest.  Lots of kids activities including a carnival. $10 per carload

Fiesta de Santa Fe - Santa Fe, NM - Aug 31 to Sep 8, 2019
Commemorates Don Diego De Vargas peaceful reoccupation of the City of Holy Faith in 1692. A whole week of various events, including live entertainment, burning of Zozobra (a bogeyman marionette), fine arts & crafts market, mariachi with dancing, mariachi concert, fiesta, food booths, pet parade, and more! New Mexico State Fair - Albuquerque, NM - Sep 5 to Sep 15, 2019
A large state fair complete with concerts, parade, midway, food, livestock show, horse show and more. Since 1881.

Pojoaque River Art Tour - Sante Fe, NM - Sep 14 to Sep 15, 2019
A Northern New Mexico tri-cultural art experience with different stops and artists celebrating Native American, Hispanic, and Angle artists along a tour route (which can be navigated in a single day). Enjoy a reception on Saturday night at Rancho Jacona and Silent Auction at Tower Gallery.

Santa Fe Renaissance Fair - Santa Fe, NM - Sep 14 to Sep 15, 2019
Travel back in time to go on a knight’s quest, ride in a Spanish Galleon (and other kids activities/games), learn about Renaissance arts and sciences, enjoy amazing performances and delicious food and craft vendors, Celtic games, sword fighting, belly dancing, other live entertainment and more, at New Mexico’s premier Renaissance Fair.

Corrales Harvest Festival - Corrales, NM - Sep 28 to Sep 29, 2019
Organized by the Kiwanis Club of Corrales, proceeds are re-invested into children’s programs in the community. Enjoy a fun run, pet parade, pony promenade, dancing and dance performances. Since 1985.

Mimbres Valley Harvest Festival - San Lorenzo, NM - Sep 28, 2019
Harvest festival includes pie, live music, horseshoe tournament, horse deomonstration, silent auction, health fair, and more. Held at San Lorenzo Elementary School.

Food, dancing demonstrations, fine art and gifts to celebrate Greek culture.

Rio Grande Arts & Crafts Festival: Balloon Fiesta Show - Albuquerque, NM - Oct 4 to Oct 13, 2019
An arts & crafts festival with 225 juried artists during the International Balloon Fiesta, plus live music, culinary arts tent, artists demonstrations, a Kids’ Creation Station and more. Tickets are available at the door, $10 for a day pass; $16 for a festival pass (good both weekends); and $35 for a Grande Pass, good to all Rio Grande Art festivals, including the Holiday show in November, plus free parking. Kids 12 and under are free.

Annual Celebration to commemorate the founding of the Hammel Brewery and Museum. Food, drinks, vendors, and tours of the museum.

Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta - Albuquerque, NM - Oct 5 to Oct 13, 2019
Hot air balloon launches, live music, flying competition, car show and more. Since 1972.

Red River Oktoberfest - Red River, NM - Oct 11 to Oct 13, 2019
Authentic German food, craft beers & New Mexico wines. A themed “Mega Mustache” pub crawl takes you to participating bars with beer and food specials. Brewery contest awards Best Amber, Best Lager and People’s Choice to attending brewers. Miss and Mr Oktoberfest competitions feature stein holding and obstacle course. There is also a keg karry contest for men, where they carry full kegs from Brandenburg Park to the Bull o’ the Woods Saloon. Ladies carry pony kegs. Bratwurst buffet upon completion of keg karry. You will also find the chicken dance, yodeling and brat eating. There’s live music, arts & crafts vendors, and family friendly activities, too. Admission is $5. Commemorative taster mug or stein glass is available. Location: 101 West Main Street, Red River, NM

New Mexico Brew Fest - Albuquerque, NM - Oct 12, 2019
More than 3,000 attend this craft beer and live music event held during the International Balloon Fiesta. More than 20 breweries offering complimentary tastes and purchases, live music, food trucks, and some attendees even don traditional Oktoberfest garments!

Sponsored by the Special Events Resource Group and Admiral Beverage Corporation. There will be German food, beer, live German music, and dancing. Annual event for 35+ years.

La Vina Winery Fall Harvest Festival - Anthony, NM - Oct 19 to Oct 20, 2019
Taste and purchase more than 20 wines from noon to 7 PM. Adult admission is $20 which includes souvenir glass and choice of 9 wines. $10 admission for ages 12-20 years old.

High Rolls Apple Festival - High Rolls, NM - Oct 19 to Oct 20, 2019
Organized by the High Rolls Mountain Park Lions Club.  Features cherries and apples, children’s activities, free parking, free admission, apples, arts and crafts, and lots of food choices.

Taos Mountain Balloon Rally - Taos, NM - Oct 25 to Oct 27, 2019
36th annual. A weekend of hot air balloons amid the fall colors in New Mexico. Typically hosts 35-50 balloons and crews.

Albuquerque Tango Festival - Albuquerque, NM - Nov 7 to Nov 10, 2019
Hundreds of dancers enjoy world class DJs and instruction in this classic dance form. Three days of group classes on giant main dance floor.

Rio Grande Arts & Crafts Festival – Thanksgiving Holiday Show - Albuquerque, NM - Nov 29 to Dec 1, 2019
Indoor festival at Expo NM Fairgrounds. Arts & crafts, live entertainment, food sampling, artists at work, and Santa Claus. One day pass is $8. Admission for the entire weekend is $12.
