Arts festival, event, and fireworks with activities at Daggett Farm, Looff Carousel, Watercooler Society, and historic Daggett House.

Celebrates Pawtucket’s creative and cultural life by presenting vibrant arts events throughout the month of September to Pawtucket residents and visitors.

Rhode Island Seafood Festival - Providence, RI - Sep 9 to Sep 10, 2017
Annual event with drinks, seafood and live music.

Newport International Boat Show - Newport, RI - Sep 14 to Sep 17, 2017
13 acres of powerboats and sailboats for boarding and review. Tickets go on sale in June. Parking is $16 per vehicle.

Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival - Newport, RI - Sep 21 to Sep 24, 2017
Wine tasting, celebrity chef appearances, gala and after dark party.

Ocean State Oyster Festival - Providence, RI - Sep 23, 2017
Celebrating fine Rhode Island oysters, music, and craft-beer. An Oyster Fan ticket gets you a half-dozen locally sourced oysters from an array of RI-based growers; a local micro-brewed beer, glass of wine, or spiked ginger beer. Live music & DJ’s. Proud member of the Ocean State Aquaculture Association (OSAA) with the goal of raising awareness about aquaculture industry and protecting Narrangasett Bay.

Smith’s Castle Colonial Harvest Festival - North Kingstown, RI - Sep 30, 2017
Enjoy the harvest, apple crisp, and a beautiful autumn Saturday with children’s games and music. 12-4 PM. Rain date is typically the Sunday after the scheduled day.

Norman Bird Sanctuary Harvest Fair - Middletown, RI - Sep 30 to Oct 1, 2017
Harvest fair at the Norman Bird Sanctuary.  Features include crafters and artisan booth, local foods and beer vendors, live music, and family fun. Annual event for 40+ years.

AutumnFest - Woonsocket, RI - Oct 6 to Oct 9, 2017
Annual Columbus Day weekend festival. Began in 1977. Held at the World War II Veteran’s Memorial State Park. Includes Midway rides, arts and crafts, food court, live entertainment and fireworks.

Bowen’s Wharf Seafood Festival - Newport, RI - Oct 6 to Oct 9, 2017
Annual event named one of 10 fabulous fall festivals on the coast by Coastal Living Magazine. Enjoy fresh, local seafoods and desserts. Live music. Kid’s activities include face painting and pumpkin painting.

GACSRI Oktoberfest - Pawtucket, RI - Oct 7, 2017

International Oktoberfest - Newport, RI - Oct 7, 2017
Sendoff summer with a Rhode Island Oktoberfest on the Newport waterfront. Expect seasonal brews with savory German cuisine and music emanating from the beer gardens. Saturday has an active, college/beerfest vibe. Seniors and families with small children are encouraged to attend on Sunday, which is typically less congested.

Starts with a kickoff parade. They will celebrate with German food music and dancing every Wednesday and Thursday through October.

    The Arboretum is a beautiful 400 linear foot natural Esplanade with a 1.3 mile Riverwalk wilderness trail, which meanders along the confluence of the Pawtuxet River & Watershed.
