Rhode Island isn’t one of the larger states in the country.  But it still manages to play host to a pretty good number of fall and harvest festivals.  Plus, if you are looking to enjoy seafood in the fall, there’s definitely a festival for that here.  And there’s even one to celebrate a mysterious cornmeal flatbread known as a Johnny Cake.  So once you have sobered up from Oktoberfest in Rhode Island, you’ll have plenty of festivals to enjoy.
