A Labor Day weekend fair about 40 minutes north of Yakima.
Bumbershoot – Seattle, WA – September 2-4, 2016. A music and arts festival in Seattle since 1971. 44th annual event is held the first weekend in September (Labor Day Weekend). It is located downtown at the Seattle Center.
Harbor Days – Olympia, WA – Sept 2-4, 2016
Tugboat races and a festival on the waterfront hosted by the Olympia Kiwanis.
Ellensburg Rodeo – Ellensburg, WA – Sept 2-5, 2016
75th anniversary hosted in conjunction with the Kittitas County Fair.
Seafood Festival and Craft Show – Westport, WA – Sept 3, 2016
Bremerton Blackberry Festival – September 3-5, 2016

Chelan County Fair – Cashmere, WA – Sept 8-11, 2016
A county fair and rodeo.

An annual two day classic car and motorcycle event with Friday night BBQ. Held the weekend after Labor Day.

Puget Sound Bird Fest – Edmonds – Sept 9-11, 2016
An annual fall celebration of birds and nature found on the beautiful shores of Puget Sound.
Wooden Boat Festival – Sept 9-11, 2016
Live music, drinks/food and 300 boats on land and water.
Spokane County Interstate Fair – Sept 9-18, 2016. Rodeo, carnival & rides, fair food, live music, demolition derby and more. Advance adult admission is $7, kids/seniors are $5. At the gate, adults are $10, seniors and kids ages 7-13 are $7.

Quilt Show – Walla Walla, WA – Sept 16-18, 2016
A three day vintage quilt show.
Downtown Harvest Festival – Wenatchee, WA – Sept 17, 2016
Formerly called the Wenatchee Taste of the Harvest.
Valleyfest – Spokane Valley – Sept 23-25, 2016. Festival with parade, car show, fishing at the falls, pancake breakfast, run for a cause, live music and more. Located at Mirabeau Point Park CenterPlace Regional Event Center.
Autumn Leaf Festival – Leavenworth, WA – Sept 23-25, 2016
Celebrate the turning colors of the leaves at one of the oldest festivals in Washington State.
Darkside Festival – Sept 24, 2016
Mountain bike rides, trail runs and a hike at the Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort.
Italian Festival – Seattle – Sept 24-25, 2016. The 29th annual event to celebrate Italian culture atx the Seattle Center. Grape stomp, car show, bocce and Italian food.
Macefield Music Festival – Sept 30 – October 2, 2016
A three day music and arts festivals in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.
Fife Harvest Festival – Fife, WA – Oct. 1, 2016
The largest community celebration in Fife, with more than 5,000 participants and free admission.
Salmon Days – October 1-2, 2016
The spawn is on with this fishy festival in Issaquah.
CroatiaFest – Seattle – October 1-2, 2016. The 13th annual event held at the Seattle Center Armory. A celebration of Croatian heritage and culture. Music and dance performances, authentic food booths, cooking demonstrations, marketplace and more.
Tacoma Film Festival – October 6-13, 2016
A celebration of independent film in Western Washington’s second largest city.
Tacoma Greek Festival – October 7-9, 2016
Authentic greek cuisine, live dance performances and free admission. 55th annual event.
Cranberry Harvest Festival – Grayland, WA – October 7-9, 2016
South Sound Craft Beer Festival – Tacoma – November 5, 2016
Features 30 Washington breweries pouring over 100 craft beers.

Tacoma Craft Beer Festival – Tacoma, WA – August 29th at Tacoma Dome.
Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival – Sept 11-13, 2015. Food, fun and a firework show. Parade down Harbour Point Blvd, 50 juried artist booths, live music and dance groups. Admission is free. Activities are at Lighthouse Park.
Washington State Fair – September 11-27, 2015
Rodeo, rides, fine art show, animal exhibits, food, shopping and kids’ games. Concert series includes Keith Urban, Ann & Nancy Wilson, and “Weird Al” Yankovic.
The Slime Run – Carnation, WA – Sept 12, 2015
Beat the Blerch Marathon – Carnation, WA – Sept 12-13, 2015. 2nd year. 10k, half marathon, and full marathon inspired by a comic about running.
Tough Mudder – Bloack Diamond, WA – Sept 19-20, 2015. An intense, team obstacle course near Seattle. Located at Palmer Coking Coal Company.
Sustainable Ballard Festival – Seattle, WA – September 19, 2015. A free family friendly festival celebrating their 12th anniversary. They feature live music, cooking demonstrations, 75 vendors, a bike and pet parade, and lots of kids games and fun. They are big on recycling and feature workshops and demonstrations. Location: Ballard Commons Park, downtown Ballard near 22nd & NW 57th.
Whidbey Island Kite Festival – Coupeville, WA – September 19-20, 2015. Join in kids’ kitemaking, lessons, kite demonstrations, and Sport Kite Championship events.
Decibel Festival – Seattle, WA – September 23-27, 2015. Seattle’s five day electronic music festival.
Port Townsend Film Festival – Sept 25-27, 2015. Over 80+ films in eight theatres over three days. Venues are in the walkable National Historic District. Passes available starting at $35.

Everett Sausage Festival – Everett, WA – October 2-4, 2015. Bavarian themed fair on the first weekend in October. 39th annual event. Carnival, food booths and Bavarian Beer Garden. Supports Catholic Education at Immaculate Conception/Our Lady of Perpetual Help School.
Great Pumpkin Beer Festival – Seattle, WA – October 2-3, 2015
North Olympic Fiber Arts Festival – Sequim, WA – October 2-4, 2015. Activities located at Sequim Museum & Arts Center, Sequim Open Aire Market, and the Dungeness Schoolhouse.
Fresh Hop Ale Festival – Yakima, WA – October 3, 2015. Festival is located at 7 South 3rd street, Yakima, Washington.
Oysterfest – Shelton, WA – October 3-4, 2015. The 34th annual event with West Coast Oyster Shucking Championship & Washington State Seafood Festival. Food pavilion, live music, microbrews and more on the first weekend in October.
Northwest Chocolate Festival – Seattle, WA – October 3-4, 2015. This second annual event held on Saturday and Sunday at Bell Harbor Pier.
Seattle Auto Show – October 8-11, 2015. An international auto show held annually at CenturyLink Field Event Center, Seattle, Washington.
Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival – Port Angeles, WA – – October 9-11, 2015. Enjoy the foods of the Olympic Peninsula with a Friday night community crab feed. Grab-a-crab tank derby, 5-K fun run/walk, and Crab Revival (breakfast with gospel music).
Cranberrian Fair – Ilwaco – October 10-11, 2015. Hosted during the cranberry harvest on the second weekend in October. Bog tours, crafts, food and music to celebrate the harvest. Admission to the events at the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum is covered by purchase of a $5 collectible button. The Cranberry Museum is free. The Cranberry Trolley transports visitors between the two locations.
Eatonville Fall Fest – Oct 3, 2015. The 5th annual event at the Eatonville High School Commons. Bring a non-perishable food item, eyeglasses or medical supplies to donate.
Penmet Parks Scarecrow Festival – Gig Harbor, Washington – October 3, 2015. Annual event held at Sehmel Homestead Park. Features live entertainment, music, farm animals, hay rides, hay maze, carnival games, food and so much more.
Birdfest and Bluegrass – Ridgefield, WA – October 3-4, 2015. Celebrate the coming of fall with the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge and their staff. Features live bird show, parade, family activities, storytelling and so much more.
Earshot Jazz Festival – Seattle, WA – Oct 9 – Nov 14, 2015. Over 50 concerts and events in venues all around the city.
GeekGirlCon – Seattle, WA – October 10-11, 2015. Celebrate your inner geekdom.
Incredible Feast – Seattle, WA – October 11, 2015. A benefit for the Good Farmer Fund and the Neighborhood Farmers Market. 24 chefs are paired with farmers to create tasting samples for guests.
Fauntleroy Fall Festival – Seattle, WA – October 11, 2015. Save the date and join in at the Fauntleroy Church, YMCA, and Fauntleroy Schoolhouse for the biggest event of this town’s year.
Eatonville Salmon Festival – October 17, 2015. Family friendly activities at Mill Pond Park hosted by the Nisqually Tribe. Celebrate the spawning salmon in the Mashel River.
Seattle Super – October 17, 2015. An 8+ mile / 20+ obstacle team race. Located at Meadow Wood Ranch, 18601 Sky Meadows Lane, Snohomish, WA.
TurkFest – Seattle – October 17-18, 2015. A cultural festival celebrating Turkish heritage with coffee, marketplace, live music, art, performances, activities, good and games.
Seattle Startup Week – October 19-23, 2015. A free, 5 day entrepreneurship community event.
Enumclaw Brew Fest– Enumclaw, WA – October 23-24, 2015. Exciting festival featuring live music, delicious food, game tournaments, beer pong, corn hole & washers. Local brewers. Tickets for admission are $10 which includes 2 brewlicious tastes. Additional tastes are $1. Sessions are 3.5 hours. Free parking. Location: Enumclaw Expo Center, 45524 284th Ave SE, Enumclaw, WA
KiSCon 2015 – Seattle, WA – Oct 30 – Nov 1, 2015. A celebration and fan fest of all things Star Trek. One of the largest Trek conventions in the country. Help celebrate 50 years of Star Trek.
