Black Friday is historically the kick-off to the Christmas shopping season. With the popularity of drones as a Christmas gift, you can definitely expect to see sales from DJI on Black Friday, as well as their products included in the sale offerings from Best Buy, Amazon and other retailers.
The Robomaster S1 is the first STEM toy from DJI. It is an intelligent educational robot that allows users to dive into the world of programming, robotics, and AI. Part camera-equipped remote-controlled car and part educational platform, it makes learning fun for both kids and adults.
It has 46 programmable components and 6 programmable artificial intelligence modules that can be programmed with scratch and python. It comes unassembled so that you can enjoy building it from the ground up (takes 2-4 hours). There are also multiple battle modes.

Robomaster Black Friday Deals: This is the first year that the S1 is available on Black Friday, so we have no idea what to expect in terms of their possible sales. If if turns out to be a popular product, they may not feel the need to offer any discounts. On the other hand, there will probably be a great deal of price competition between coding robot toys this year, which would suggest that DJI will offer something off it – perhaps $50 or 10 percent of the regular price.
Robomaster Cyber Monday 2019: It is too early to say what the online deals on this STEM product will be this year. If you do not see the price you want earlier in the Thanksgiving weekend, stop back to Funtober on the Monday after the holiday to check where the prices are at online.
