Jacksonville Haunted Houses for Florida Halloween 2024

Jacksonville haunted houses are some of the largest in Florida.  Spend a great scary night out with your spouse, date, or friends.  Expect to scream at these haunted attractions.  For the price of a night of bowling you can be part of the action as you come face to face with terror.  Most haunted houses use animatronics, great props, Hollywood sets, and live actors with makeup beyond belief.  You will be frightened.  Find all the 2024 haunted houses near me, trails, corn mazes, hayrides, and Halloween fun attractions in the Jacksonville area.

13th Floor Jacksonville - Jacksonville Beach, FL
The 13th Floor opens in late September.  They are open every Friday and Saturday nights through early November.  They are also open lots of added Thursday and Sunday nights in October plus more nights Halloween week.  Tickets run from $19.90 up to $29 depending on the night. This year, as in the past, and future, we will open one of these locations for you to tour. Step inside, take a ride, and travel through the 13th floor, visit the current occupants who call it their “home”, witness the oddities and strange occurrences that have created the legend of the 13th floor, and discover why it continues to be one of the world’s greatest mysteries.

Fear Factory - Jacksonvile, AR
At the Fear Factory 501 tickets are for “a place where fear is made”. There are 5 horrifying haunted attractions at this one location. Doors open at 7 pm and close at 12 am. Lots of screams here.  Open every Friday and Saturday nights in October starting September 24th plus some added dates near Halloween.  Check web page for details.  Tickets are $25.

Newberry Cornfield Maze - Newberry, FL
The maze has both family friendly daytime and scary night time activities including a hayride.  It runs at night every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights in October.  Maze- Take nice stroll through the maze during the day by trying to choose the correct path to find your way out. Beware: when darkness falls there is nocturnal life awaiting your entrance at every twist and turn as you try to make your way out.  Hayride- Take a daytime ride on the tractor pulled wagon and help Farmer Hodge feed the cows.When darkness falls you’ll embark on a hayride adventure through the haunted Sullivan trail encountering the living dead.  Haunted House- As you turn each corner in the haunted house be ready to jump out of your skin because you never know what haunted encounter awaits you.

Nightmare Factory - Havelock, NC
The fun begins on opening night in late September.  Note they are considering further limiting these dates due to the current virus situation.  Nightmare Factory opens every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights through early November. Doors are open from 7 pm to 12 am on Friday and Saturday. On other nights the doors close at 11 pm. The major haunted attractions are the 3D Fun House, Psycho Ward Tour, Mausoleum, The Void, and the Haunted Factory Tour. Yes they have a crawl through attraction. Ticket prices vary based on the number of attractions and fun you want to have with the basic two main attractions costing $15.  Note this haunt turns extreme at 10 pm.  After that time the event is adults only with language, scares, and touching issues all changing.

The Haunted Ship USS Orleck - Lake Charles, LA
The Haunted Ship is closed to visitors. The USS Orleck was built in 1944. It is now a naval museum that turns into one of the most scary haunted attractions in Louisiana. They are in the process of relocating to ship to Jacksonville so expect lots of changes in the future.
