Alone – Downtown LA
The owners of Alone are tying to make this a unique experience.  It is unlike any other haunted houses you are familiar with.  The location is a secret until you buy your tickets online.  Their concept seems interesting and may prove to be the fright of your life.  They are working on a haunted experience called ALONE this year in Downtown LA––think haunted house but this ain’t your Momma’s haunted house.  It’s not a “classic” haunted house, it’s not cliché or campy or gross (all of which are great at times…just not our thing), there are no “scary” clowns nor fake blood nor people chasing you with chainsaws nor little girls acting like dead, insane children nor demons popping out…but instead it is more interactive like a one-on-one type theater thing.  It’s closer to performance art or something like that. We have a space in south downtown and the participant viewer walks through totally ALONE with a flashlight…and encounters various people and situations. The attraction will run from October 16th.  Doors open at 7 pm and tickets are timed for the one hour experience. You can read way more about this on their site.  Tickets are $45.
