The Haunted Hayride of Terror operates 4 attractions plus a Halloween gift store and food concession. It runs from 7 pm to 11 pm or 10 pm on Sundays. It is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights beginning in late September through October. You can enter a single attraction, the Haunted Hayride of Terror or all four attractions for a combo ticket. The attractions are The Living Maze, Haunted Wooded Trail, 3D Haunted Barn, and The Hayride of Terror. They also have a separate Zombie Paintball ticket.
Darksyde Acres Haunted House - Jonesville, MI
Darksyde Acres opens up in late September. Darksyde Acres with 38 acres and 70,000 square feet is one of the biggest haunted houses in Michigan. It features 7 attractions full of mazes, monsters, and mayhem. Open Friday and Saturday nights. They have a nightly bonfire, refreshment stands, and a gift shop. Tickets are $22 for the combined Catacombs, Rusthole, Dark Abyss, and more attractions. Tickets are just $22 for 2018. All 5 attractions included. Box office opens at 7:30 pm and closes at 12:00 am. While lots of fun you should expect parts of this to be an extreme haunted house.
House of the Haunted Fields and Haunted Fields Hayride - Raymond, MS
This year the haunting begins every Friday & Saturday in October & Halloween Night. Returning again is Haunted Fields Hayride going in next door. Now over 50 acres of frights in 2 attractions. Located near Learned, the “House of the Haunted Fields” will operate Friday and Saturday nights in October starting at dark. Start your adventure by touring a vintage farmhouse in the middle of nowhere to meet “the family”. You will then escape down the trail of terror over two wooded acres as you try to survive. Tickets available at the ticket booth. The attraction has street parking, security, restrooms, and food vendors. Given the popular civil war battlefield in the area it sounds like a spooky place for a night time walk. Raymond sits between Vicksburg and Jackson. It is about 12 miles from Jackson. Jackson’s Underworld - Jackson, MI
Scary season starts around the middle of September. Stop by Jackson’s Underworld for an exciting and modern scary haunt. This is a 30,000 square foot haunt filled with fantastic scenes and scary animatronics that takes about 40 minutes to complete. Tickets online are priced at $25 for Extreme Haunt or $20 for PsychoVisiion 3D or combo for $40. Open every Friday and Saturday night in September and every Thursday through Sunday nights in October. It opens at 7 pm and closes on Friday and Saturday at 1 am and all other nights at 11 pm. Check their website as opening times may vary. Open lots of additional nights in October including every night the last two weeks.
Nightmare at Gravity Hill - Jackson, NJ
Opens this season in late September. Check out this amazing walk-through attraction that will change the way you sleep at night. Gravity Hill takes about 45 minutes to explore the 5 acres grounds at the Cicconi Farms. Ticket are $30 for the Walk of Terror. The attraction consists of trails, themes, and adventures featuring a ghost town, graveyard, an Egyptian pyramid, jail cell, church, butcher shop, and more. Lots of ghouls, kreepy clowns, zombies and unknown creatures are walking about. Haunt runs every Friday and Saturday night in September and October . Doors open at dusk. Doors close at 11 pm. Added dates include Sundays in October until 9 pm.
The Dark Zone - Brandon, MS
Dark Zone runs Scarefest in late October. They usually run for six nights. Doors are open from 7 pm until 10 pm. Located at Crossgates Exchange Club Soccer Fields behind Rogers Chevrolet. Food and soft drinks concessions available. All proceeds support local charities. They also run a separate Zombie Paintball attraction.
